Leading technical strategy and execution for TIBA's JRC program across multiple cohorts, delivering automation systems that eliminated hundreds of hours of manual work.

• Led technical strategy and execution for TIBA's JRC program across multiple cohorts
• Built and delivered a certificate verification and generation system using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Google Slides, and WordPress
• Architected the full JRC automation system covering Google Classroom setup, Calendar events, EmailOctopus email sequencing, Paystack payment tracking, and Partnero affiliate attribution
• Saved 100+ hours of manual work through an automated replay delivery system
• Diagnosed and resolved critical production issues (URL Fetch quota crisis, cohort assignment mix-up, duration-detection bug) and implemented monitoring safeguards
• Refactored a monolithic Google Apps Script codebase into 6 modular files for maintainability
• Delivered a full website audit and a competitive analysis and pricing report for TIBA's Mini-MBA launch
